1) Fixed a bug related to daylight savings time (Nov 1) that was causing the "QuickDate" links next to the calendar popup to be inaccurate.
2) Fixed a bug on the Calendar view that was causing the days of the week to be printed incorrectly for people who have Monday set as the first day of the week, in months where the first day of the month is on a Sunday (this November, for example).
