Hide Email body in task note

I am a new user. I regularly email myself tasks. Unfortunately the exchange server adds a lengthy email disclaimer to each email which Toodleloo is then adding as a note to the task. Is there a way I can insert a special symbol in the body of the email to say 'ignore everything after this'. For example Remember the Milk have a similar system, and to ignore the disclaimer I can type -end- as the body of the email.
