Does anyone know if you can write a note with a subtask the way you can with the main task. It doesn't give me the option when I add a subtask to do anything other than the name of the subtask itself.

Of course you can :)
First of all, if you want to write the note when creating the task, you can create it as a regular task using the Add Task window, and then drag the new task under it's parent using the "hand" icon. Also, you can add a note to any task, parent or sub, by clicking the note icon which looks like a piece of paper with a "+" on it (if the task has a note the icon toggles it open). In Grid mode, the note icon will be over to the right of other fields. In Multiline mode it will be somewhere toward the bottom of each task's details, and you will have to toggle the task details open to see it. ~Anders This message was edited Jun 14, 2009. |
