Add New Data Field for Tasks

I need a new data field to track hours of effort to complete the task. Can I do it?

The length and timer fields can do this. The intended usage is for you to estimate the time with the "length" field and the track or enter the actual time in the "timer" field. You can enable both of these in your account settings.
