I have a receips running in IFTTT, that creates a task in Toodledo, if a note in evernote is created in a specific notebook.
Since a few weeks, only notes with attachement creat tasks in Toodledo. Text-only notes don´t. With zapier both works.

This could be a problem with Evernote, or IFTTT or Toodledo. Is difficult to diagnose. The fact that it works with Zapier, makes me thing that it isn't Toodledo's fault, but IFTTT or Evernote. We will look into it.
