Hi,
I have a business with multiple staff and several projects running at one time. I have managed to set things up on my desktop and have it all running fine. The staff I have are mobile and use iPads. I have paid for Gold subscriptions for all of them and added them as collaborators and they have done the same for me. However I cannot find a way to see the details when logged in as them on an iPad - can you help please. As a separate issue, I set my files up by location and cannot find a way of searching to find them on the app - please can you help with that too? Regards Gary |

Workspace sharing is not currently supported inside the app. This is planned for a future update. In the meantime, you can sign into your account using the Safari web browser on your iPad and view their workspaces that way. Other forms of sharing such as task reassignment and joint task sharing work inside the app.
Also, file attachments are not supported in the app either, but should work via the iPad web browser. This is also planned for a future update. |
