Is there a way to view and print the 7-day schedule for a particular folder, instead of having is show ALL of the folders? One of my folders is set up to collect tasks for my office assistant, and I would like to print out their 7-day 'to do' list. When I look at the 7-day calendar view it shows the tasks for all of my folders. How can I view and/or print the tasks for the week in a specific folder? Any thoughts?

If you create a "Saved Search" think displays tasks due in the next 7 days in that folder, then you will be able to print that list whenever you need it.
