Hello,
Could someone tell me if the Notebook application can be synced or is it only the task application.

There are not as many options for the Notebook as there are for the Todo lists. The only sync that I know of for the Notebook is an iPhone app by Appigo called Notebook. You can export from Notebook and import to it with CSV files. You can do that at the bottom of this page: http://www.toodledo.com/connect_csv.php
