Android App: New Task defauts - the Repeat setting is blank

When I create a new task on the Toodledo Android app, it always marks it as repeating monthly.
I have been to the New Task defaults. The Repeat setting is blank. When I tap on it to set it to try and set it to "No repeat", I see a list of radio buttons but no text. Clicking any of the blank radio buttons makes no difference.
Is this is bug?
