Hi. I recently created a new account on Toodledoo, and then deleted my old app on my iPhone, and reinstalled the latest version. I linked to new account successfully and was able to sync from the web to my iPhone with no problems. Ever since then I can no longer sync. The iPhone app does not recognize my new account. I tried unlinking and then entering the account details again. No luck. Checked the email and password about 20 times and it produces the login error dialogue,

What to try next !?

Can you please create a support ticket for this so that we can look into your account and see what the problem is?

I am having the same problem - just got a new iPhone 6 and restored all my apps. The Notebook app now says "Failed to connect with toodledoo.com". Used to work fine on old iPhone5.

The "Notebook" app is not made by us. It is made by another company named "Appigo". Please contact them for assistance with their app.
