how to reset app password

hi
i forgot my password and i cant get into the lg app.
when i choose "forgot password" the link direct me to the web where i can see my lists but without any option to reset it.
how to do it?

The "I forgot my password" link will only work if you are signed out. So, either sign out, or open a different web browser and then use the I forgot my password link to get an email set to you with instructions.
