I have invited a co-worker to collaborate on my tasks. We are both Gold Subscribers. When he opens the email invitation (that I sent him today) to accept, it states that the invitation has expired and can't be accepted. Why? Thanks! John

Either he waited too long to accept the invitation or the invitation was canceled before he clicked on it. Its easy to fix. Just go into your collaboration setup page and remove the old invitation if it is still there and then send a new one.

Thanks, Jake. I did that earlier, and the second invitation gave him the same "no longer valid" message.

Maybe the link is getting modified as it goes through his email. He can skip the email and go straight to the collaboration page in his Toodledo account to accept your invitation and that should work.
