Folders and Lists

I am using Toodledo on my Mac Laptop and on my iPad.
It appears to me that from the web view and the iPad app that 'Lists'(app) and 'Folders' (web view) are interchangeable terms. Is this correct?

Hello,
Lists and Folders are two different features. Folders are used in the task section to organize projects, and Lists is a separate feature, used on its own to create items such as grocery lists, reading lists etc.
