I am trying to auth my account to sync to Outlook. the URL that gSyncit sends me to seems valid:
https://api.toodledo.com/3/account/authorize.php?response_type=code&client_id=gSyncit01&state=1234&s cope=tasks%20notes%20write However when I click the "sign in" button on the Toodledo site above I am directed to this address: http://localhost:8012/auth?code=35c68ffd4c36c68c45f01bfba5cd7c6d8d62c37a&state=1234 Which is a broken link. Can you help? |

Your question is about a 3rd party tool that syncs with Toodledo. Please contact the company that makes that software for assistance.

if you see the web address that I attached you can see that it is a toodledo link (via domain name). My question is why the link does not work

The second link is not a broken link, its a link back to your computer. The way it works is that you get directed to Toodledo to sign in and then Toodledo redirects you back to the app with a code that can be used to sign into your account. That code you see in the second link is the thing that gSyncit needs to sign into your account. For some reason gSyncit is not intercepting that url and grabbing out the code. It should, and I know that it works for most people, but I don't know why its breaking for you. Since we did not make gSyncit, you'll need to ask them why this part of the signin isnt working.
