I'm reading this page: https://www.toodledo.com/info/subtasks.php
and it says: Complete Group When you complete a task that contains uncompleted subtasks, those subtasks will be automatically marked as completed. If these tasks are important, you should move them out of their parent task before you mark it as completed. But I just did an experiment by creating a task due today with subtasks due on different days this week. I set the repeat on my subtasks to be with parent. When I check off the parent task and it moves to tomorrow, the subtasks actually retain their due dates. I WANT the subtasks to stay due as I have assigned them, but before I trust that and actually check off the parent task instead of manually moving it to the next day of the week that I want to look at it, could you confirm that the page I'm referencing above is incorrect and that I won't lose the due dates on my dozens of subtasks that I've set up? Thanks in advance! |

Never mind - I did it again and it bumped the due dates out a week. :-(
