Sloooow iPhone sync

My Toodledo iPhone app has recently gone from syncing in under 5 seconds to taking well over a minute (sometimes 2 minutes). Network speed or connection is not the issue. If I uninstall and reinstall the app, it syncs fast again but after a few days goes back to taking over a minute. Any ideas?
