Why I cannot change status of task accoring my requirements ? and customize the menu taccording my needs? status active delegated and etc, is not the best
next quastions, I would like to have next possibility to see progress of my task ( 0%, 25%, 50% 75%, 100% ), will it be possible?

It is not currently possible to customize the status field. Please try using the "tag" field which allows you to use any values you want.
