New layout: scrolling with my Blackberry

Thank you for this update alone! I seem to be having issues with scrolling. I can go up and down, but as soon as I take my finger off the screen it won't move. Is this a design feature or am I doing something wrong. After about 20 seconds, I can scroll again.

I do not know why this is happening. We dont test on Blackberry, so it could be a Blackberry incompatibility with our site.
