I can't seem to hide my task notes by default.
In the FAQ, it describes how to save it as a default but for me the "Show Task Details" option doesn't exist from the action menu (chevron shaped arrow down). How do I show or hide task notes? ... To open or close all of the notes, and save this preference for future visits, you can select the "Show Task Details" option from the action menu. Is this missing in the new layout? Thanks. |

The instructions are for the new website layout. Perhaps you're looking at the chevron above the chevron ...
It's at the far right in the dark blue section. These are the choices: Batch Edit This List DISPLAY Show Task Details Open All Dividers Close All Dividers FORMAT Grid Multi-Line This message was edited Oct 20, 2017. |

That was it. In the new layout the needed chevron is in the blue section top right.
