iPhone App not giving alerts

I have the iPhone app with the latest download. I've setup on the Toodledo website that iPhone be my alert method of choice. And I created a task with a due date, time and a "remind me".
But I never got an alert. Do I have to setup something else? Is there something I'm doing wrong? Thanks! Brandon |

OK - more testing was necessary.
I saw in a previous post that the reminder alert is actually sent a few mins before the actual time the reminder is supposed to be sent. My tests were made too close to the real reminder time so the alert was never sent. I created a new task with a reminder setup much later and just waited. So it came. Sorry for the extra bits taken up here... Brandon |

Yes, you need to schedule a reminder for at least 5 minutes into the future for it to have time to get into the system.
