Can not set alarm

To whom it may concern,
I've tried days but still can not add tasks with alarm via web.
Please refer to my settings here (Screen capture)

Is there anything wrong?
(forgot to say. I did set the 2nd alarm location as iOS, but it went back to nothing from time to time.)
