API calls are failing with "key did not validate"

API calls are failing with "key did not validate" even though I'm using the same code that worked a few days ago. Also, when I put in the tokens I receive into the Developer's API testing page, the key I get is exactly the same key as what I am generating. Is the site up and accepting API calls now?
