In the iPhone app, I don't see how to view tasks by context, or by tags. I don't see anything about goals.

BTW, I can't find a Help button on the web interface. I'd expect it in the left-hand navigation column.

You can enable those fields in the app. See this help topic: http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=74
The help section is accessible from the sidebar. It is toward the bottom and says "Help & News".
