Hello,
Whenever I set a new Task with a reminder I get the reminder 7 hours exactly after the set time.
Of course I checked my profile on the Toodledo site and the time and date is ok.
This way of course the app is unusable.
NB: I am using the iPhone app on a 3G running fw 3.0

I have only heard of this happening for people whose timezones on the Toodledo site and on the iPhone do not match. Everybody seems to get their reminders within a few minutes of the set lead time. I know you say that your Toodledo time is correct, but I would double check that it matches your iPhone time because I really can't think of any other reason that this would happen unless you are on an unusual network (JB phone, network not supported by Apple etc.).
