Automatic change from Hold to Next Action?

Hi,
On MonkeyGTD, there's a Depends On feature that let's you choose on what action each action depends, and when the independent action is ticked as completed, the next action automatically goes from "future" ("Hold" on Toodledo) to Next Action.
I find myself forgetting the tasks in the Hold section and wonder why none of the actions about my ongoing projects appear on the Next Action list.
Can you please add such a feature?
It really sucks when I have to manually change tasks from Hold to Next Action status.

Toodledo has said that task dependencies is on their To Do list.
