Firefox add on problems

Hi,
I'm using Firefox 3.0.13 and I've added the Toodledo add-on on my work computer. FOr some reason, I can't get the add-on to work. I can see the add on under my tools tab, but when I click on any of the options (ie refresh, go to toodledo, ctrl alt A) it doesn't do anything-- no error message, nothing. I've entered the correct user name and password in the options menu.
Using the addon on my firefox on my home computer works fine.
Any thoughts? THanks!

First thing I would check is whether any other addons are interferring with the Toodledo addon. Try disabling all other addons you have installed, and then restart FF and see if the Toodledo addon works. If it does you will have to do some testing to determine which addon it might be. If it still doesn't work... well, let's just hope it works.
