Is there a (paid) possibility to get more more storage space for attachments - i'd need 200GB in total

That's a LOT of data. Their highest plan appears to allow up to 10GB of data. I don't speak for Toodledo, but my guess is they're not in the business of being a Content Host and your best bet would be to add links in the Notes field to wherever all that data lives right now (Google Drive? Onenote? AWS?, etc.) I don't believe the simple markdown they support for Notes includes an <a> tag reference, but even if it doesn't, it's probably still going to be your best option

nearly all my tasks are juristic and related to documents (.pdf) - and i know no better alternative to toodledoo where I can manage tasks and have direct access to the documents related to that
