Web interface slow loading?

Hi all-
I'm a (very) long time user. I've been having difficulty of late using the web interface. It starts to load, and the screen is almost there, including my picture, but it says "Almost there" and never loads (for at least 5 minutes; refreshing does not fix it). Is this me or the website? (disabled VPN and 3rd party firewall). Any help would be appreciated. Bob |

Hi Bob,
Not sure I can help with your problem, but I can confirm that I'm in and out of the Browser interface constantly throughout the day and I haven't had any issues with connectivity or components loading. I'm in Cleveland Ohio, so if you're in a different region, it's possible there's an issue with a network trunk or something, but if this is the only service giving you trouble, I'm inclined to think that's not the case and it seems more likely your connection to Toodledo.com is the extent of the issue. If you haven't already done so, try clearing browser cache and temp files and relaunching the browser. If that doesn't help, a tool like Fiddler can help show you if you have network traffic being blocked. Good luck! This message was edited Mar 07, 2025. |
