Web Hotlist Settings Changed

For the web hotlist settings, under profile and settings, it says that 0 days until due is overdue only, therefore 1 should be today and overdue only.
With a setting of 1, it now shows tasks due tomorrow.
I don't care which it i, but instructions should be consistent with the action.

Someone else mentioned the daylight savings time change bug. I suspect this is what I was seeing.
