Hi folks,
A few days ago (as of Mar 24, 2025), my Toodledo began syncing (or maybe refreshing?) every 20 seconds like clockwork, whether I want it to or not. I will be working on a page within the desktop application, collapsing and un-collapsing subtasks, marking tasks as complete, editing tasks, etc., and the page now syncs/refreshes before I'm finished with that I'm doing, thereby losing my place in all work I was doing on that page (and often committing changes when I wasn't ready to commit them). Has anyone else experienced this? And how do I make it stop? I need it to only sync/refresh when I ask it to. I've played with all the settings I can find within the desktop application -- nothing seems to apply or fix this issue. I'm using Toodledo on a Linux OS and Brave browser. All updates are current. Hello dmshaw31,
I've noticed the very same thing (Linux + Firefox) and I also find it very unnerving. There seems to be no setting to stop this. I think, I'm going to open an incident. |

Update: I finally found how to report a bug. I still don't know how to contact support anymore.
How do you open an incident? I've searched all over the site, and with all the updates, I can't figure out how to even contact support, let alone submit a bug report or an incident. Help? This message was edited Mar 25, 2025. |

Not sure, if support tickets are worked on at all. I've had five tickets sind 2019 all are "Closed automatically due to age"

Sorry for your experience back in 2019 when Toodledo was run by previous owners. Since taking over mid 2021 we have only received positive feedback. Regarding your present ticket, this should be reviewed this week which is within our time-frame ;-) Thanks and kind regards, Toodledo |
