why isn't my Toodledo mobile synchronizing with web app anymore?

This used to work perfectly. Now my mobile file content is diverging from the on-line web presentation. This has worked for years. What happened and how do I fix this? I depend on this.

I fixed this by noticing that when in my task list there was a sync error being displayed, clicked on it, and it asked me for my account credentials. For some reason Toodledo seemed to have forgotten them. I entered my credentials and the mobile app immediately synced to the web app.
