I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the new Toodledo team.
I’ve been using Toodledo for years, and it’s not just a task list for me — it’s the backbone of both my professional and personal operating system. I run a consulting engineering practice, and Toodledo supports everything from multi-month technical reviews and capital project execution to daily next actions and waiting-fors. The combination of folders, contexts, priorities, start/due dates, and saved searches lets me manage complex project horizons without losing sight of the very next physical action. On the personal side, it holds travel plans, equipment maintenance, household systems, and even small improvements I want to make in my workshop. It allows me to “close loops” consistently and keep my head clear. The flexibility is what keeps me here. Many tools are prettier. Few are as structurally powerful. The recent improvements to the iOS app are noticeable and appreciated. Thank you for continuing to invest in a tool that serious users rely on every day. You may not always hear from us, but some of us are building entire lives and businesses on this platform. Grateful for the work you’re doing!! |
