How to "Delete all folder"

I saw in a post from a year ago that it's not possible to delete *all folders* (in order to start over after getting many, many duplicates in an effort to sync successfully with Outlook)...I probably have over 1000! Is this function still not available? Do I need to purge this account and start over? How would I do that?

You can delete all your folders, but unfortunately only by deleting one at a time, which you can do from the Folder management screen: http://www.toodledo.com/folders.php . Also, just deleting all your tasks will not delete your Folders.
I am not sure, but I don't think there is any way to delete all your folders at once except for deleting your whole account, and then starting over. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend that since you have a Pro account. If you think it's too many to manually delete individually, you should probably start a support ticket with Toodledo: http://www.toodledo.com/info/ticket.php This message was edited Sep 29, 2009. |

You can delete all tasks here: http://www.toodledo.com/delete_tasks.php
linda, do you have 1000 folders or 1000 tasks? This message was edited Sep 29, 2009. |

Sorry, there isn't a way to delete all folders without creating a new account. If you need me to transfer a subscription from one account to another, I can do that, just be sure to transfer the subscription before deleting the old account. Open a support ticket if you want to go this route.
