I just upgrade to pro account today. I created goals and linked my tasks to the respective goals. Why there is no update on chain and task count in my goals I created (all zero/nothing)?

Sometimes the task counts seem to be a little bit behind, but you should definitely be seeing the chains add links when you complete tasks that are assigned to a goal. Is that not the case (IOW, if you complete a task with a goal, does it's chain remain empty)? If you are sure you are doing everything correctly, you might want to start a support ticket with Toodledo.
