Hi there,
actually I'm having troubles syncing my outlook-tasks with toodledo. I do have 308 tasks in Outlook and would like to "import" these tasks to toodledo. For this reason I have downloaded "Chromadrake Toodledo Sync", which works pretty fine. My problem now is that not more than 75 tasks appear in Toodledo, no matter how often I push the "Manual Sync" button. Is there a maximum number of 75 tasks in Toodledo? Does anyone have a solution to solve this problem? Thanks for your posts ... Michael |

Hi. The Chromatic Dragon sync tool is a third party application, and you should direct questions regarding it its developers. Their contact email is listed on their website: http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/Default.aspx
You can also post in the Third Party Applications forum here. However, if you do some searching in that forum, you may find your answer. What I can tell you is that there is no overall limit to the number of tasks that can be synced. However, there is a rate limit, so only a limited number of tasks can be synced per interval. An initial sync can take several hours, or even days if you have many, many tasks. Also, if you are just interested in importing your tasks to Toodledo, and don't care about continuous synchronization, then it would be far easier to use Toodledo's CSV import to get your tasks from Outlook to here: http://www.toodledo.com/connect_csv.php This message was edited Oct 15, 2009. |
