of my 11 folders, all but one is now showing zero tasks. the one that is showing tasks was only added just yesterday. where is all my information?

It could be hidden by a filter. That is the first thing that I would check.
The second thing to check is your "recently deleted tasks" list in your account settings. This will tell you if and why tasks were deleted. If you are using a third-party app to sync with Toodledo, it is possible that it would erroneously delete your tasks. If this is the case, you'll have to contact the company that made the third-party app that you are using, since we can't support it.
