Not all Tasks Syncing

I just started useing the Toodledo. I am having difficulty getting all my tasks to sync. It seem on those Folded or Categorie a due are be processed. What do I need to change?

What are you trying to sync your Toodledo tasks with? Outlook, iPhone, Blackbery, etc?
