I just recieved a new iphone. How do I sync new iphone with data from old iphone without loosing any of my data?

If you use the online sync, just put your credentials in and sync.
If you keep all your todo's on the device, sync with iTunes with the old device. Then connect your new device. I believe iTunes will ask if you'd like to restore all your old data. It should be automatic at that point.
