I've shared a few folders with a collaborator. I've just noticed that when she switches to view my tasks, the number displayed in my "All Tasks" tab is my total number of tasks, including the number in folders I have not shared. She cannot see the unshared tasks, but still I think this is a minor security/sharing loophole.

I've also noticed that the number of unshared tasks is also visible in the message about active tasks being hidden; it's the one displayed just below the list of tasks.
So, I have a total of 95 active tasks. There are 26 in folders I have shared with my collaborator. Her all tasks tab says "All Tasks (95)", and the message at the bottom says: "69 active tasks are hidden due to your filter settings. Turn off filters" Confusingly (although thankfully), when the user clicks on the "Turn off filters" link, the screen gets an update but nothing happens (i.e. the hidden 69 tasks stay hidden). NOTE: all of the above applies to the other tabs too. |
