I'm trying to get toodledo to sync Outlook on my home and work pc. It is syncing about 80% of the tasks. Is there a setting that will improve its performance?

The Outlook Sync tool was made by a third-party developer. Please contact them for support with their product. They can be reached at : http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/software/ToodledoSyncInfo.aspx
