I'm just starting to play with Toodledo, so this may be something others have already run into. I use Spiceworks at work for our helpdesk tickets. I get an email whenever a ticket is assigned to me. I set outlook to auto forward those emails to my toodledo email address.
Trouble is, those emails always include [Ticket #12345], and of course toodledo is trying to interpret the ticket number as a due date, and cutting off the subject at the # sign.
Any way around that?

Sorry, there is no way that I can think of, unless you can configure your email program to remove that part of the email before forwarding it to Toodledo.
