SyncTool keeps Outlook 2010 Beta from Starting?

I use Windows 7, Office 2010 (BETA) and an Exchange server. When I send my Notebook to sleep in the evening (not shut down) and restart it in the morning, Outlook won't start/open and the toodledo sync icon is blinking red. I need to exit the sync tool and to kill the Outlook process in the taskmanager to get it all started manually again. Any ideas? regards, Ulli

Hi All,
