filtering by length?

I'm trying to figure out how to do this and maybe there isn't yet a way, but I thought I would ask, and if it's not, it surely should be!
I want a custom search to detect items that have no value for time length. I want to require that field for some tasks and flag ones that don't have it assigned, but there doesn't seem to be an option for "doesn't exist" only greater than x, less then x, etc.

Do a search for "Length is 0". I think that should work.
