Synchronisation with Todo

Help, I just synchronised Todo on my iPod for the 1st time with Toodledo, & I seem to have lost some tasks in the process.
A message came up about possible duplicates & I went for 'keep' as I wanted all my tasks in both Toodledo & on my iPod.
Has any one else had this, would appreciate any feedback?
