Off-topic: Syncing Outlook between Desktop and Laptop

I'm hoping to get some suggestions for syncing my Outlook data between my desktop computer and my netbook. I'm looking for a free solution. I have a wireless server at home and thought of just using the import feature in Outlook to keep each device updated. I will not need to do updates away from home so a web-based solution is not necessary. Does anyone know of any problems with using the Outlook import feature to keep the PST files in-sync?
BTW: Maintaining my Toodle-do account on the netbook has worked out great!
