I think it would be great to have a dedicated section on the Forums for Themes made by users.
Another option is to have a Theme section on the side bar that gives you a nice thumbnail of different Themes, to include the Toodledo Themes.
With Toodledo growing like it is, there will be many users who would want the option of changing the way it looks.
Facebook, Twitter, FriendFeed and many others sites already provide a section for their Themes and I think it would be great.
This would also encourage users that know how to create Themes in providing more variations and styles.
Just a suggestion.
