Chromatic Dragon does not sync back contexts and folders

I just installed Chromatic Dragon and was THRILLED to learn that I can now create custom fields in Outlook and sync over folders, contexts, and tags.
The problem I have now is, if I create new contexts or folders in Outlook, by adding the name in the appropriate custom fields I created in Outlook, these names do not sync over to Toodledo. On the Toodledo side, the folder and context are blank. If I create the contexts and folders first in Toodledo, then things sync up fine.
I am wondering if this is an API limitation or a limitation in how Chromatic Dragon does things.
