Does Chromatic Dragon work with Outlook 2010 with Win 7?

Cant get it working. Downloaded and installed the Dragon software, authenicated it, then nothing! I cant seem to find or locate the Sync Settings to set up with Outlook 2010. Im on Win7, updated MS .Net Framework 4 & still lost! Any help is appreciated. [email protected]

I am having issues as well. I have to run Outlook 2010 in 32-bit mode for work, but am running it on Windows 7 64-bit.
I'm getting the "Could not Initialize outlook interface" error.
I'm a software developer and would be happy to act as a guinea pig to help diagnose the issue.
(Note that I did try copying the MSOUTL.OLB from the Program files(x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14 to the Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14 directory. No luck.
