Hi
I would kindly ask you for your help with ToodledoSync, if possible. Tried to use ToodledoSync with Outlook 2003. Also installed Mapilab outlook plugin. Nevertheless Sync to not happen as expected. I am afraid that configuration of this plugin is somehow wrong.... This is report from ToodledoSync: SyncApp.exe Error: 0 : Error during synchronization: The operation failed. at Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.ItemsClass.get_Item(Object Index) at OutlookClientLib.OutlookProxy.GetActiveTaskCategories() at SynchLib.SyncTool.synchAndRetrieveToodledoFolders() at SynchLib.SyncTool.performIncrementalSynch() at SynchLib.SyncTool.synchronizeTasks() at SyncApp.frmMain.performSync() Could you advise how the installed plugin from Mapilab should be configured to have sync working smoothly? I'd try uninstalling mapi lab first to eliminate it as a possible cause of the issue. Try getting the application to work without it first. Keef |
