Outlook sync only working one way

Hi just installed the Toodledo outlook sync program and I can not seem to get it to work correctly. I have outlook 2007. If I create a task in outlook, it syncs fine with toodledo and shows up in the correct folder (set default folder to work). But if I add a task in toodledo it will not sync down to outlook. If it take an outlook tasked synced with toodledo, change it as complete in toodledo, it will update fine in outlook.
Not sure what I am doing wrong

I figured it out, I was only syncing work context and none of my tasks were set to that context
